Meet Chiropractor Julian Keel:
When Julian was 18, he worked in a bank and soon felt back pain from the sitting required for his job. His father suggested he try a chiropractor, who found that mild scoliosis was contributing to his back problems. After getting great results, Julian decided to join the profession. He attended the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic, where he was surprised to discover the many conditions chiropractic could help.
Outside of the clinic, Julian is a family man. He and his wife met during their days travelling with Formula One. Together, they have three young daughters and a dog. They like to stay fit and healthy with good nutrition and working out. All three daughters are sporty and participate in hockey, netball, swimming, ballet and more. By giving them regular chiropractic care, Julian makes sure their bodies are in top shape to perform.
Julian supports the Barnes Community Association and golfs in his spare time.
‘Chiropractic is a form of natural healthcare that gets to the root of a problem. I like working out the puzzle of what a person’s problem is, what the cause may be and helping them by using my hands.’
Julian has pursued continuing education on topics such as Applied Kinesiology, Network Chiropractic, Clinical Nutrition and Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice. He’s worked with many athletes and was approached by the Williams Formula One team to provide care for their drivers, Juan Pablo Montoya and Ralf Schumacher, and race team. Over four years, he travelled the world with the race fixtures while practicing in Barnes and seeing people of all ages and backgrounds.
